About The Position

Stocks, rotates, and stores general merchandise and/or food in the club, ensuring merchandise is clearly labeled and fully stocked. Maintains product displays and visible signage, handles damaged or spoiled products according to company policies, and keeps the club neat, clean, and organized by performing housekeeping duties such as removing trash and cardboard. Follows club policies and procedures, supports a safe and positive environment, and may perform other duties or work in other departments as needed. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

The role involves continuously moving around on hard surfaces and may require frequently bending, climbing, crawling, handling, pulling, reaching, and stooping to examine or scan merchandise. It requires continuously lifting objects up to 50 pounds; heavier or awkward objects may need to be moved with assistance. Work is generally indoors around moving machinery or loud equipment, with possible exposure to temperature extremes from freezers, ovens, or coolers and occasional exposure to cleaning agents.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance.
• Ability to continuously lift objects up to 50 pounds.
• May need to lift and move heavy and/or awkward objects weighing more than 50 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to perform job activities that may involve bending, climbing, crawling, handling, pulling, reaching, and stooping.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and store general merchandise and/or food.
• Ensure merchandise is fully stocked.
• Maintain display signage and create labels or apply merchandise sales tags.
• Ensure product labels and price tags are clear and visible.
• Handle damaged goods and spoiled products in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Keep the club neat, clean, and organized.
• Perform housekeeping duties, including removing trash and cardboard.
• Maintain club policies and procedures.
• Perform other assigned duties, including working in other departments as needed.
• Support a safe, positive, inclusive, and respectful environment for members and team members.
• Deliver friendly member service and address or escalate member concerns as appropriate.
• Work with the team to meet club standards, including stocking items, executing promotional plans, maintaining signage, and keeping the club clean and organized.
