About The Position

Stocks, rotates, and stores general merchandise and/or food in the club, ensuring merchandise is clearly labeled and fully stocked. Maintains a neat, clean, and organized club environment, including removing trash and debris. Supports club policies, procedures, and compliance while helping provide a safe, positive, and welcoming experience for members and fellow team members. The role requires reliable attendance and may include duties in other departments as needed.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Continuously lift objects up to 50 pounds; lifting and moving heavier or awkward objects over 50 pounds may be required with assistance.
• Frequently bend, climb, crawl, handle, pull, reach, and stoop to examine or scan merchandise.

• Previous grocery or stock experience.
• Big box or wholesale retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and store general merchandise and/or food.
• Ensure merchandise is fully stocked and product labels and price tags are clear and visible.
• Maintain display signage, create labels, and apply merchandise sales tags.
• Handle damaged goods and spoiled products according to company policies and procedures.
• Keep the club neat, clean, and organized; perform housekeeping duties, including removing trash and cardboard.
• Maintain club policies and procedures and support compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
• Work with team members to deliver club standards and a safe, positive environment for members.
• Provide member service, address concerns, and escalate concerns as appropriate.
• Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance.
