About The Position

The Overnight Stocker stocks, rotates, and stores general merchandise and/or food in the club, ensuring merchandise is fully stocked, clearly labeled, and correctly priced. The role also maintains a neat, clean, and organized club through general housekeeping, including removing trash and cardboard. The Stocker follows club policies and procedures, supports a safe and positive environment for members and team members, and may perform other duties or work in other departments as needed. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to continuously lift objects up to 50 pounds.
• May need to lift and move heavy and/or awkward objects weighing more than 50 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to move continuously on hard surfaces and frequently bend, climb, crawl, handle, pull, reach, stoop, or position oneself to examine and/or scan merchandise.

• Previous grocery or stock experience.
• Big-box or wholesale retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and store general merchandise and/or food, ensuring products are fully stocked.
• Maintain display signage and create labels or apply merchandise sales tags; ensure product labels and price tags are clear and visible.
• Handle damaged goods and spoiled products in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Keep the club neat, clean, and organized, including removing trash and cardboard.
• Maintain club policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
• Deliver service excellence, address and deescalate member concerns, and help maintain a safe, positive member experience.
• Work collaboratively to meet club standards, including stocking items, executing promotional plans, maintaining accurate signage, and keeping the club clean and organized.
• Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance.
