About The Position

The Stock Room Lead helps supervise the stock room team in partnership with the Manager On Duty. The role ensures stock room and shipment processes are followed and executed properly, and manages the STEP process by coaching key stock room principles, including layout, unload, purification, and processing. The position requires early morning and day shift availability, as well as Saturday availability.

Requirements

• Availability for early morning and day shifts.
• Saturday availability.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, associates, and store leadership in a friendly, respectful, cooperative, and pleasant manner.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
