About The Position

The Stock Associate is a part-time brand ambassador responsible for moving product from the stockroom to the salesfloor. The role supports shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising while maintaining AEO brand standards and attention to detail. The stockroom is the associate’s home base, but the associate may also help the team and guests on the salesfloor as needed.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Priority-setting and time-management skills.
• Flexible availability for early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
• Previous experience in a stock-related role is identified as beneficial, not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments and complete replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising effectively and on time.
• Keep the stockroom efficient and productive by organizing merchandise, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, develop a plan, and take action to address them.
• Help team members with non-stock-related tasks and assist guests when needed.
• Follow safety standards in the stockroom and on the salesfloor, comply with Asset Protection standards, and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
