About The Position

The Stock Associate is a part-time brand ambassador responsible for moving merchandise from the stockroom to the salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. The role maintains an organized and productive stockroom, follows AEO brand and safety standards, and supports store leadership, fellow team members, and guests as needed.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Flexible availability for early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
• Previous experience in a stock-related role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments and complete replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising accurately and on time.
• Keep the stockroom efficient and productive by organizing merchandise, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, develop a plan, and take action to address them.
• Support fellow team members with non-stock tasks and assist guests when needed.
• Follow safety standards, Asset Protection standards, and AEO policies and procedures in the stockroom and on the salesfloor.
