About The Position

As a part-time Stock Associate, you keep product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You help maintain AEO brand standards, keep the Stockroom organized and productive, and support the team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. You represent AEO values and bring your authentic self to work.

Requirements

• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Strong priority-setting and time-management skills.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
• Previous experience in a stock-related role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments and move product to the Salesfloor in a timely and effective manner.
• Replenish merchandise, process markdowns, and support merchandising.
• Keep merchandise, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures organized in the Stockroom.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, and take action to address them.
• Help team members with non-stock tasks and assist guests as needed.
• Follow safety standards in the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor, and comply with Asset Protection standards and AEO policies and procedures.
