About The Position

The Stock Associate keeps product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. The role focuses on maintaining AEO brand standards, organizing the Stockroom, and supporting the team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Associates represent AEO values and follow safety, Asset Protection, and company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, priority-setting, and time-management skills.
• Flexible availability for early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments and replenish, mark down, and merchandise product effectively and on time.
• Keep the Stockroom efficient and productive by organizing merchandise, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, plan corrective action, and carry it out.
• Assist team members with non-stock-related tasks and help guests as needed.
• Follow safety standards in the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor, and comply with Asset Protection standards and AEO policies and procedures.
