About The Position

The Stock Associate keeps product moving from the stockroom to the salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. The role focuses on maintaining an organized, efficient stockroom while supporting AEO brand standards and helping the team and guests on the salesfloor as needed. Associates represent AEO values and follow safety, Asset Protection, and company policies and procedures.

This is a part-time role with flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.

Requirements

• Flexible availability to work early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Strong organization and attention to detail, with priority-setting and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments and move product from the stockroom to the salesfloor in a timely and effective manner.
• Replenish merchandise and complete markdowns and merchandising tasks.
• Keep the stockroom efficient and productive by organizing merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, plan improvements, and take action.
• Support fellow team members with non-stock tasks and assist guests as needed.
• Follow safety standards, Asset Protection standards, and AEO policies and procedures.
