About The Position

Commerce Casino is hiring a Stock Clerk to provide labor support for the efficient and effective operations of the Receiving/Warehouse Department. The position supports receiving, documentation, storage, inventory, and replenishment across casino departments and facilities. A valid California driver's license is required. Schedules may vary depending on business needs at this 24-hour, 7-day-a-week operation.

Requirements

Valid California driver's license.
High school diploma or equivalent combination of work experience and education.
Ability to speak, read, and understand English.
Basic math skills.
Positive and enthusiastic approach to assignments.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Clean, well-groomed, professional appearance in accordance with company standards.

Nice To Haves

Receiving and warehousing experience preferred.
Familiarity with distribution procedures and inventory accountability.

Responsibilities

Participate in daily receiving and acceptance of incoming goods, including produce, meats, dry and frozen goods, raw materials, and office supplies.
Verify that received goods are in proper and accurate condition according to purchase orders.
Process accurate documentation in a timely manner.
Rotate stock, maintain designated areas, and restock goods.
Process and deliver incoming interdepartmental supply requisitions.
Collect money from cigarette machines and replenish their stock.
Process and deliver inbound and outbound UPS goods daily.
Participate in daily and monthly inventory counts.
Replenish stock daily in kitchens, bakery, bars, restaurants, casino floors and stations, deli, hotdog stand, gift shop, employee lounges, magazine stands, special events, promotions, office supplies, and other areas as needed.
Follow company policies and procedures and communicate problems or accidents to the immediate supervisor.
Perform other work-related duties as assigned by the Receiving Manager.
