About The Position

Stock Associates control the flow of merchandise from the stockroom to the retail sales floor. They receive, unpack, organize, store, package, and label merchandise, and support the shopping experience by providing customer service and ringing up customers as needed. The role also supports sales goals and store operations through merchandise-flow routines, delivery processing, stockroom upkeep, floor-set execution, merchandising standards, inventory, and shortage-reduction measures. Associates are expected to model the company’s values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity. The position requires flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, and the ability to bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures weighing up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in making sales goals by consistently executing merchandise-flow routines.
• Process merchandise deliveries in accordance with the store delivery schedule.
• Maintain an organized and clean stockroom.
• Work with management to execute floor sets.
• Ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are met consistently.
• Assist in the execution of the physical inventory process.
• Support the store management team with shortage-reduction measures.
• Model the company’s values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.
• Provide customer service and ring up customers as needed.
• Receive, unpack, organize, store, package, and label merchandise.
