About The Position
The Stock Associate is accountable for verifying merchandise receipts and deliveries and placing merchandise in the stockroom. The role supports product movement in and out of the store, monitors inventory and floor stock, processes and replenishes merchandise, and helps maintain an organized stockroom and store.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Ability to process information or merchandise through the computer system and POS register system.
Responsibilities
- Verify merchandise receipts and deliveries and place merchandise in the stockroom.
- Move products in and out of the store.
- Monitor inventory levels and sell during peak hours.
- Process and replenish merchandise.
- Receive and monitor floor stock.
- Maintain a clean and organized stockroom.
- Communicate product levels and other needs to management.
- Assist with floor moves, merchandising, and display maintenance.
- Clean the store, including the bathroom and stockroom, and vacuum.
- Return products to inventory.
