About The Position

The Seasonal Stock Associate keeps the store running smoothly during its busiest periods by moving products from the stockroom to the sales floor, processing shipments, replenishing merchandise, and supporting the sales team. The role helps deliver a seamless shopping experience while maintaining organized, clean, and safe store and stockroom areas. Seasonal work is described as suitable for summer or holiday seasons.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old, or 16 years old in the EMEA Region.
• Fluency in the local language; basic English is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the role.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Ability to stand, lift, walk, and bend, and to lift cartons weighing up to 25 lbs./12 kgs during each work shift, with or without accommodation.
• Comfort with technology or willingness to learn, including hand-held and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise shipments.
• Replenish the sales floor.
• Manage markdowns and re-ticketing, stock transfers, and damaged goods.
• Keep the store, sales floor, and stockrooms clean and organized.
• Deliver omni-channel requests according to Under Armour processes and policies through digital experience.
• Model the UA service culture and customer expectations.
• Follow Under Armour visual standards when moving products from the stockroom to the sales floor to maximize merchandise presentation.
• Maintain and support safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom, and communicate safety concerns to store leadership.
• Follow Loss Prevention policies and advise management of unusual internal or external activity.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals.
• Pursue self-development and growth opportunities to increase performance.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
