About The Position

The Seasonal Stock Associate supports store operations during busy seasonal periods by moving products from the stockroom to the sales floor, processing shipments, replenishing merchandise, and supporting the sales team. The role helps maintain an organized and clean store and stockroom, deliver a seamless shopping experience, and uphold Under Armour’s service, visual presentation, safety, and loss-prevention standards. Associates collaborate with teammates, contribute to store goals, and pursue development opportunities.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old, or 16 years old in the EMEA Region.
• Fluency in the local language is required; basic English is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the role.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Ability to stand, lift, walk, bend, and lift cartons weighing up to 25 lbs./12 kgs during each work shift, with or without accommodation.
• Comfort with or willingness to learn technology such as handheld and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise shipments.
• Replenish the sales floor.
• Manage markdowns and re-ticketing, stock transfers, and damaged goods.
• Keep the store, sales floor, and stockrooms clean and organized.
• Deliver omni-channel requests in line with Under Armour processes and policies through digital experiences.
• Model Under Armour’s service culture and customer expectations.
• Support and follow Under Armour’s visual standards when moving products from the stockroom to the sales floor.
• Maintain and support safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom, and communicate safety concerns to store leadership.
• Follow Loss Prevention policies and advise management of unusual internal or external activity.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals.
• Take accountability for self-development and pursue growth opportunities to improve performance.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
