About The Position

As a Stock Associate, you ensure smooth operations behind the scenes by receiving and replenishing products efficiently on the sales floor, maintaining an organized stock room, packaging customer orders promptly, and assisting with other tasks as required. You help foster an inclusive, collaborative environment centered on product passion and exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Passionately support the brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills, innovate, and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Bend, reach, and stretch for products; lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).

Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound shipments while maintaining an organized stock room.
• Learn and use store shipment systems and comply with merchandise handling guidelines.
• Maintain presentation standards and act in a manner aligned with brand values.
• Support the store team in exceeding customer selling and service expectations.
• Replenish products on the sales floor and package customer orders promptly.
• Assist with other tasks as required.
