About The Position

The Seasonal Stock Associate helps keep the store running smoothly during busy seasonal periods by moving products from the stockroom to the sales floor, processing shipments, replenishing merchandise, and supporting the sales team. The role contributes to a seamless shopping experience and a high-energy, team-oriented store environment. Associates follow Under Armour service, visual, safety, and loss-prevention standards, support store goals, and take responsibility for their own development.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old, or 16 years old in the EMEA Region.
• Fluency in the local language; basic English is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the role.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends, to meet business needs.
• Ability to stand, lift, walk, and bend, and to lift cartons weighing up to 25 lbs./12 kgs during each work shift, with or without accommodation.
• Comfort with or willingness to learn technology such as handheld and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise shipments.
• Replenish the sales floor.
• Manage markdowns and re-ticketing, stock transfers, and damaged goods.
• Keep the store, sales floor, and stockrooms clean and organized.
• Fulfill omni-channel requests in accordance with Under Armour processes and policies through the digital experience.
• Model Under Armour’s service culture and customer expectations.
• Follow Under Armour visual standards to maximize merchandise presentation when moving products from the stockroom to the sales floor.
• Maintain and support safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom, and communicate safety concerns to store leadership.
• Follow Loss Prevention policies and advise management of unusual internal or external activity.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals.
• Pursue self-development and growth opportunities to improve performance.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
