About The Position

The Seasonal Stock Associate helps keep Under Armour stores operating smoothly during busy seasonal periods. The role moves merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor, processes shipments, replenishes products, and supports the sales team in delivering a seamless shopping experience. Associates also help maintain store organization, visual presentation, safety, and customer service standards.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old, or at least 16 years old in the EMEA Region.
• Fluency in the local language; basic English is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the role.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Ability to stand, lift, walk, bend, and lift cartons weighing up to 25 lbs./12 kgs during each work shift, with or without accommodation.
• Comfort with or willingness to learn technology such as handheld and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise shipments.
• Replenish the sales floor.
• Manage markdowns and re-ticketing, stock transfers, and damaged goods.
• Keep the store, sales floor, and stockrooms clean and organized.
• Fulfill omni-channel requests in accordance with Under Armour processes and policies through the digital experience.
• Model Under Armour's service culture and customer expectations.
• Follow Under Armour visual standards to maximize merchandise presentation when moving product from the stockroom to the sales floor.
• Maintain and support safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom, and communicate safety concerns to store leadership.
• Follow Loss Prevention policies and advise management of unusual internal or external activity.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals.
• Pursue self-development and growth opportunities to improve performance.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
