About The Position

The Seasonal Stock Associate supports store operations during busy seasonal periods by moving products from the stockroom to the sales floor, processing shipments, replenishing merchandise, and supporting the sales team. The role helps maintain a seamless shopping experience by keeping the store and stock areas organized, following visual and safety standards, fulfilling omni-channel requests, and contributing to store goals. Seasonal associates may work during the summer or holiday season and may be considered for future seasonal, part-time, or full-time opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old, or 16 years old in the EMEA Region.
• Fluency in the local language; basic English is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the role.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Ability to stand, lift, walk, and bend, and lift cartons weighing up to 25 lbs./12 kgs during each work shift, with or without accommodation.
• Comfort with or willingness to learn technology such as handheld and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise shipments.
• Replenish the sales floor.
• Manage markdowns and re-ticketing, stock transfers, and damaged goods.
• Keep the store, sales floor, and stockrooms clean and organized.
• Deliver omni-channel requests in line with Under Armour processes and policies through digital experience.
• Model Under Armour’s service culture and customer expectations.
• Follow Under Armour visual standards to maximize merchandise presentations when moving product from the stockroom to the sales floor.
• Maintain and support safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom, and communicate safety concerns to store leadership.
• Follow Loss Prevention policies and advise management of unusual internal or external activity.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals.
• Pursue self-development and growth opportunities to increase performance.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
