About The Position

The Stock Associate supports the retail team by accurately receiving, processing, and organizing merchandise so products are readily available to Sales Associates and customers. The role maintains an orderly, safe, and efficient stockroom; prepares merchandise for the sales floor; responds to product requests; and assists with store operations as needed. Stock Associates work with teammates and leaders to support store goals, deliver a positive customer experience, and create a respectful, inclusive team environment.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• 6–9 months of retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and accurately check incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Assist with inventory movements between the store and distribution centers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom in line with company standards and safety requirements.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure sizes and styles are available and easy to locate.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor, including labeling, steaming, and organizing display shoes.
• Support Sales Associates by ensuring products are readily available and responding quickly and accurately to sales-floor product requests.
• Assist the team as needed during peak and non-peak hours.
• Help with daily store tasks, including restocking, maintaining fitting rooms, cash handling, and keeping the floor clean and organized.
• Follow safety, loss-prevention, and standard operating procedures to protect customers, teammates, and products.
• Handle company and customer information responsibly and maintain confidentiality.
• Work with teammates and leaders to achieve store goals.
• Participate in training and coaching.
• Contribute to a positive, respectful, and inclusive team environment, and support the team where needed.
• Complete daily tasks accurately and on time, while helping drive sales and conversion through customer interactions.
