About The Position

The Stock Associate supports the retail team by accurately receiving and processing shipments, maintaining an organized stockroom, and ensuring products are readily available to Sales Associates. The role also supports sales-floor and daily store operations, follows safety and loss-prevention procedures, handles company and customer information confidentially, and contributes to a positive, inclusive team environment.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• 6–9 months of retail experience preferred.
• Passion for footwear, fashion, sport, and youth culture.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and accurately check incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Assist with inventory movements between the store and distribution centers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, efficient stockroom in accordance with company standards and safety requirements.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure sizes and styles are available and easy to locate.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor, including labeling, steaming, and organizing display shoes.
• Ensure products are readily available to support Sales Associates and the shopping experience.
• Respond quickly and accurately to product requests from the sales floor.
• Assist the team as needed during peak and non-peak hours.
• Help with daily store tasks, including restocking, maintaining fitting rooms, cash handling, and keeping the floor clean and organized.
• Follow safety, loss-prevention, and standard operating procedures to protect customers, teammates, and products.
• Handle company and customer information responsibly and maintain confidentiality.
• Work with teammates and leaders to achieve store goals.
• Participate in training and coaching.
• Contribute positive energy to a respectful, inclusive, team-oriented environment.
• Use a solution-oriented mindset and support the team where needed.
• Stay attentive to customers, teammates, and store needs; help drive sales and conversion through customer interactions.
• Complete daily tasks accurately and on time.
