About The Position

Stonewall Kitchen is hiring a seasonal, part-time Stock Associate for its North Conway store. The role assists with accurate, timely receipt and processing of store shipments and helps stock and organize the sales floor according to visual merchandising guidelines and management direction. The position is anticipated to work about 12–20 hours per week through January 9, 2027, at $15.00 per hour.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Computer literacy; Microsoft Excel is preferred.
Basic math skills and proficient calculator use.
Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours at a time.
Ability to climb ladders, bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive motions.
Ability to move large quantities of merchandise using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other moving equipment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Receive, unpack, process, organize, and put away Company Store orders.
Ticket incoming goods with the required price information.
Prepare, obtain, and complete receiving paperwork and packing slips accurately and on time as needed.
Stock the sales floor according to visual merchandising guidelines.
Assist with weekly inventory cycle counts, identify issues affecting accuracy, and report them to store management.
Inspect incoming orders for damage and report issues to management.
Wrap, pack, and process products for transfer to other locations.
Assist with retail price changes by printing updated tickets and re-ticketing items.
Assist with bi-annual physical inventory.
Maintain a clean work area throughout the shift.
Research inventory discrepancies as directed.
