About The Position

In partnership with the store team, the Stock Associate supports shipping and receiving, stockroom organization, inventory control, and related housekeeping activities. The role partners with the team to execute replenishment and ensure strong customer service and effective product placement. It also supports a neat, clean, organized store; maintains merchandising and presentation standards; and helps ensure accurate and timely merchandise flow to the sales floor. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1–3 years of stock or logistics experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and supervisor.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand for long periods, climb up and down a ladder, and perform frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
• Availability to meet business needs, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Availability changes must be approved by the Store Manager and are subject to business needs.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail or specialty apparel knowledge and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong customer focus on the sales floor.
• Follow company safety regulations and policies.
• Partner with the store team to maintain a neat, clean, and organized store.
• Support consistent customer service, positive customer interactions, and an all-day-ready store presentation.
• Organize the stockroom and merchandise flow to support an exceptional shopping experience.
• Use company processes and procedures to maintain merchandising and presentation standards.
• Organize stockroom areas to ensure proper, accurate, and timely flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Partner with the store team on loss prevention and safety awareness in the store and stockroom.
• Ensure accurate pricing through markdown audits.
• Ensure product availability on the sales floor through in-stock audits.
• Coach the team, in partnership with management, on shipment, sales floor replenishment, presentation standards, and markdown strategy.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with the team and foster a positive work environment.
