About The Position

The Part-Time Stock Associate supports Foot Locker’s retail team by receiving and organizing inventory, maintaining an efficient stockroom, and making products readily available to sales associates. The role also assists with store operations and customer experience, while following company safety, loss-prevention, and standard operating procedures. Associates collaborate with teammates and leaders, participate in training and coaching, and contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment.

Requirements

• 6–9 months of retail experience preferred.
• Passion for footwear, fashion, sport, and youth culture.
• Comfortable speaking with people and helping customers.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, motivated, eager to learn, and able to work well as a teammate.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and accurately check incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Assist with inventory movements between the store and distribution centers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, efficient stockroom that meets company standards and safety requirements.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure sizes and styles are available and easy to locate.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor by labeling, steaming, and organizing display shoes.
• Ensure products are readily available to support sales associates and the shopping experience.
• Respond quickly and accurately to product requests from the sales floor.
• Assist the team as needed during peak and non-peak hours.
• Help with daily store tasks, including restocking, maintaining fitting rooms, cash handling, and keeping the floor clean and organized.
• Follow safety, loss-prevention, and standard operating procedures to protect customers, teammates, and merchandise.
• Handle company and customer information responsibly and maintain confidentiality.
• Work with teammates and leaders to achieve store goals.
• Participate in training and coaching.
• Contribute to a positive, respectful, inclusive, and team-oriented environment.
• Complete daily tasks accurately and on time and support customers and teammates with a positive attitude.
