About The Position

Stock Associates control the flow of merchandise from the stockroom to the retail sales floor. They receive, unpack, organize, store, package, and label merchandise, and support the shopping experience by providing customer service and ringing up customers as needed. The role calls for an engaging, service-oriented, organized, and self-motivated person who is interested in personal growth and making customers feel good about themselves and their individual style.

Requirements

• Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures weighing up to 50 lbs., as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in making sales goals by consistently executing merchandise flow routines.
• Process merchandise deliveries according to the store delivery schedule.
• Maintain an organized and clean stockroom.
• Work with management to execute floor sets.
• Ensure store merchandising and operations standards are consistently met.
• Assist with the physical inventory process.
• Support the store management team with shortage-reduction measures.
• Provide customer service and ring up customers as needed.
