About The Position

This position is for a Stipend Teacher for the Extended Day program at the Early Learning Center (ELC) for Summer 2026. The role involves teaching students using the Early Childhood Model of Instruction, planning daily lessons, following IEPs, recording attendance, and ensuring the proper opening and closing of the daily program. The teacher will also follow emergency procedures and perform other duties as assigned by the administrator or summer site supervisor.

Requirements

• Current Extended Day Teacher
• Classroom Teacher
• Instructional Coach
• Teacher with certification in PK-2 or K-3

Responsibilities

• Teach students utilizing Early Childhood Model of Instruction
• Plan daily lessons to meet the needs of all students
• Follow all IEP’s (Individualized Educational Plans)
• Record daily attendance
• Ensure appropriate opening and closing of daily program
• Follow emergency procedures
• Other duties assigned by administrator or summer site supervisor
