About The Position

Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor with a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha. Reporting to the Executive Steward and Assistant Executive Steward, this role leads the daily operation of the stewarding department and employee cafeteria. The supervisor is accountable for the cleanliness, sanitation, and readiness of china, glassware, silver, operating equipment, kitchen production areas, and employee dining facilities, as well as the training, development, engagement, and daily performance of attendants on shift.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of stewarding, kitchen, or food service experience; the posting specifies 2–3 years or more.
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to plan assignments, sequence work, and adjust to changing business volume.

Nice To Haves

• 1–2 years or more in a supervisor or lead role preferred.
• Luxury hotel or resort experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a documented pre-shift line-up at the start of every shift.
• Supervise and participate in cleaning and sanitizing china, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment to Four Seasons standards.
• Deliver and document task-specific training for every new steward and cafeteria attendant.
• Oversee daily cafeteria setup, replenishment, service flow, breakdown, and sanitation.
• Monitor food temperatures, holding times, labeling, and rotation in partnership with the Culinary team, and record all required logs.
• Enforce safe handling, labeling, and storage of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and confirm SDS access and proper PPE use on every shift.
• Lead the daily operation of the stewarding department and employee cafeteria.
• Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and readiness of stewarding equipment, kitchen production areas, and employee dining facilities.
• Support the training, development, engagement, and daily performance of attendants on shift.
