The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. They must be a team player with a strong work ethic, capable of performing repetitive tasks while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Physical stamina, time management skills, and the ability to follow instructions are essential. A positive attitude and a commitment to supporting overall kitchen operations are key to succeeding in this role.
Requirements
- High School/ GED preferred
- 3-6 months experience preferred
- Able to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications as required by local gaming regulations.
- Detail-oriented
- Reliable
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Capable of performing repetitive tasks while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety

Responsibilities
- Scraping and cleaning dishes, silverware, and glassware by hand or using an automatic dishwasher
- Washing pots, pans, and trays
- Sweeping and mopping kitchen floors
- Removing all trash from kitchen areas
- Ensuring the dish room is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- Supporting overall kitchen operations
