About The Position

Phoenix Country Club is hiring a Steward to support a hospitality environment by maintaining clean, sanitized, and properly stocked kitchen wares and keeping the kitchen and storage areas clean. The role includes dishwashing, kitchen cleanup, waste disposal, and following safe work practices. No prior experience is required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and properly stock dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen, including dry storage and the walk-in cooler, by sweeping and mopping.
• Empty kitchen trash receptacles and properly dispose of garbage.
• Perform daily cleaning of dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, and the exhaust system.
• Store dishes and other wares in their proper areas.
• Incorporate safe work practices into job performance.
• Wash and sanitize dishes and clean the kitchen after closing.
• Perform other duties as required.
