The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. They must be a team player with a strong work ethic, capable of performing repetitive tasks while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Physical stamina, time management skills, and the ability to follow instructions are essential. A positive attitude and a commitment to supporting overall kitchen operations are key to succeeding in this role. Responsibilities
- Scrape and clean dishes, silverware, and glassware by hand or using an automatic dishwasher.
- Wash pots, pans, and trays.
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors.
- Remove all trash from kitchen areas.
- Ensure the dish room is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
- Provide excellent service to both internal and external guests, maintaining a professional and helpful attitude at all times.
- Support overall kitchen operations.
