About The Position
The Steward supports food and beverage operations by maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization across kitchens, concessions, and service areas. This is a part-time, event-based role based at Pechanga Arena San Diego.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Stand for extended periods.
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent bending, lifting, and reaching.
Nice To Haves
- Prior stewarding or custodial experience.
Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain sanitation standards throughout work areas.
- Remove trash and recycling.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown.
- Organize storage areas and inventory supplies.
- Follow health and safety guidelines.
