Stewards/Dishwashers
About The Position
Stewards/Dishwashers ensure dishware, service ware, cookware, and utensils are thoroughly cleaned. The role involves washing items by hand and safely and skillfully operating dishwashing equipment, as well as polishing stainless steel and silverware. Stewards/Dishwashers help maintain kitchen safety and cleanliness by promptly clearing spills; cleaning kitchen equipment, oven vents, floors, walls, and cooking surfaces; emptying, washing, and returning trash bins when they are more than three-quarters full; and keeping the wash area organized. They also assist with special and deep-cleaning projects. Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is helpful.

Responsibilities
- Wash dishware by hand and operate washing equipment safely and skillfully.
