The Dish Machine Operator cleans, transports, and stores china, glassware, and silverware, and maintains cleanliness in the dish room, kitchen areas, and back dock. Responsibilities

Maintain sanitation and cleanliness in the dish room, kitchen aisle, and dock area.
Break down trays, set up the dish machine, wash dishware, and sort and store clean china, glassware, and silverware using proper procedures.
Empty trash cans and wash their inside and outside surfaces.
Thoroughly clean the dock area and dumpster.
Break down the dish machine and clean its inside and outside surfaces.
Clean all breakdown tables.
Clean tile walls and baseboards.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
