About The Position

Silverado Sierra Vista is hiring a Caregiver to provide hands-on support to residents living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other memory-impairing conditions. The role combines compassionate assistance, reliability, and relationship-building to help residents experience dignity and joy in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment. This is a full-time PM-shift position, scheduled for four days on and two days off. The role requires active work, including walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Employees must be comfortable working around animals and pets and have reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards. Employment offers are contingent on a background check, drug screening, physical, and TB testing if applicable. Silverado uses E-Verify to confirm work authorization.

Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
Ability to walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Comfort working around animals and pets.
