Perform dishwashing and kitchen cleaning functions. This role is responsible for washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans, and operating dishwashing and other kitchen cleaning equipment. The position also involves maintaining kitchen work areas, stocking supplies, sweeping and washing floors, cleaning trash cans, and sorting and removing trash. Additionally, the Steward may perform food preparation functions during staffing shortages or peak periods and is expected to contribute to guest satisfaction by practicing safe work habits and adhering to safety standards.
