Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
Must be reliable and able to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Must be able work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Previous dishwashing/stewarding experience in a heavy volume restaurant preferred.

Responsibilities

Properly operate dishwashing machines. Ensure the appropriate temperature is correct for proper sanitation.
Wash all dishes, pots and pans and other items used in the restaurants, kitchen, and banquet department.
Breakdown all boxes, empty trash containers into the dumpster and clean containers.
Clean kitchen walls, floor mats, and mop floors daily.
Ensure that the floor is kept dry and free of debris after each session or shift.
