About The Position
The Steward (Dishwasher) is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and its supplies. This role involves washing various kitchen items, removing waste, and ensuring a hygienic environment. The position requires flexibility, the ability to work under pressure, and weekend availability. The SOMM Hotel & Spa is a new luxury hotel located in Woodinville, Washington, offering upscale accommodations and amenities as part of a larger development featuring restaurants, bars, and retail spaces.
Requirements
- Must be flexible and able to work under pressure
- Necessary State Food Handler’s License(s)
- Weekend availability required
Responsibilities
- Washes china, glass, flatware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils
- Maintains the cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and of the cleaning supplies
- Remove trash, compost, and recycle to appropriate receptacles
