About The Position

The SOMM Hotel & Spa is seeking a Seasonal Spa Receptionist to join their team. This role is responsible for scheduling and coordinating all spa appointments, maintaining knowledge of spa services and products, and ensuring the spa facility is maintained throughout the shift. The position also involves cashiering duties for services and retail, answering incoming calls, and performing other assigned duties. Requirements

• Previous customer service experience
• Positive attitude
• Strong computer, communication and telephone skills
• Must be able to work weekends and evening shift.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate all appointments within the spa
• Maintain complete knowledge of all Spa Services and products
• Maintain the Spa facility throughout shift
• Cashiering duties for services and retail
• Answer all incoming calls
• Other duties as assigned
