About The Position

The SOMM Hotel & Spa is seeking a Seasonal Spa Receptionist to join their team. This role is responsible for managing appointments, maintaining knowledge of spa services and products, ensuring the spa facility is in order, escorting guests, handling cashiering duties, and answering incoming calls. The position is located in the new heart of Woodinville, Washington, within a 164-room luxury hotel that is part of a larger development featuring restaurants, bars, wine-tasting rooms, and retail spaces. The spa itself is a 5,661-square-foot facility.

Requirements

Previous customer service experience
Positive attitude
Strong computer, communication and telephone skills
Must be able to work weekends and evening shift.

Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate all appointments within the spa
Maintain complete knowledge of all Spa Services and products
Maintain the Spa facility throughout shift
Escort guests to and from treatments
Cashiering duties for services and retail
Answer all incoming calls
Other duties as assigned
