The SOMM Hotel & Spa is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to oversee the procedural aspects of the hotel’s front office, including the Front Desk and Valet if applicable. This role involves maintaining a presence during peak traffic periods, ensuring guest and employee needs are met promptly and professionally, and focusing on service recovery. The supervisor will also perform front desk agent duties as needed, manage VIP requirements, and ensure adherence to safety and security policies. Additionally, this position supports team development through training and interviewing, maintains knowledge of property amenities and events, prepares daily reports, and resolves front office deficiencies. The role requires providing guests with information about the property and local areas, completing financial reports, and upholding company policies regarding appearance, safety, and asset protection. Collaboration with team members and performing other reasonable duties as assigned are also key aspects of this role.
