The Front Office Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the procedural aspects of the hotel’s front office, including the Front Desk and Valet if applicable, while maintaining a presence during peak traffic periods. This role ensures that guest and employee needs and concerns are responded to in a timely, professional, and friendly manner, with a focus on service recovery when applicable. The supervisor will also perform front desk agent duties as necessary, such as registration, check-out, and processing room reservations. A key part of the role involves ensuring the proper execution of VIP requirements and maintaining an up-to-date working knowledge of all property amenities and special events. The position also includes assisting with training, coaching, and interviewing team members, preparing daily reports, and understanding all front office standards to assist in solving deficiencies. Additionally, the supervisor will provide guests with directions and information, complete cashier and closing reports, and adhere to all company policies and procedures. This role requires developing and maintaining positive working relationships and supporting the team to reach common goals, while performing other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
