About The Position

Vantage Point is a program dedicated to empowering boys and young men to reach their full potential as confident, responsible, and resilient leaders. We work in schools and throughout the community in Arlington, Fort Worth, Crowley, Castleberry, and across the metroplex to deliver high-quality, evidence-informed programming. Vantage Point serves hundreds of boys and young men annually in Tarrant County, providing mentorship, skill-building, and enrichment opportunities that support their academic, social, and emotional growth. The STEM Program Coordinator is responsible for planning, facilitating, and delivering mentorship and enrichment programs to young men, with a strong emphasis on STEM exposure, skill-building, and career exploration. Programming is designed to foster critical thinking, confidence, emotional intelligence, leadership, and responsible decision-making while increasing participants’ awareness of STEM pathways and future opportunities.
