Vantage Point is a program dedicated to empowering boys and young men to reach their full potential as confident, responsible, and resilient leaders. We work in schools and throughout the community in Arlington, Fort Worth, Crowley, Castleberry, and across the metroplex to deliver high-quality, evidence-informed programming. Vantage Point serves hundreds of boys and young men annually in Tarrant County, providing mentorship, skill-building, and enrichment opportunities that support their academic, social, and emotional growth. The Program Coordinator is responsible for planning, facilitating, and administering Vantage Point programming focused on social-emotional development, leadership, personal responsibility, resilience, character development, healthy decision-making, and college and career readiness. This position will serve approximately 75–100 boys and young men annually, for two (2) sites, facilitating sessions during the school day and after school. Each session will include 15–20 participants, with in-school sessions lasting approximately 50 minutes and after-school sessions lasting 1–2 hours. As the primary liaison between schools, families, and the organization, the coordinator collaborates closely with internal program teams to align STEM, workforce readiness, and college and career programming to ensure a comprehensive youth development experience. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, typically operating between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., with occasional evenings and Saturdays during the school year and summer.
