About The Position
The Steakhouse Kitchen Runner supports the Executive Chef, Assistant Executive Chef, Room Chef, and Assistant Room Chef. The role enforces assigned initiatives, oversees production responsibilities, and provides professional, efficient, and courteous service to guests and Team Members while maintaining a clean and attractive environment.
Requirements
- Must be able to obtain required work cards for the jurisdiction where the property is located, including a Clark County Health Card.
- Must manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
- Must demonstrate strong attention to detail to maintain the unit’s appearance and operating standards.
