About The Position

A Station Cook with American Dining Creations sets up, prepares, and serves menu offerings to guests. Stations may include Grill, Pizza, Deli, Salad Bar, Seasonal, and Specialty menu items. The role focuses on providing outstanding service and quality food to create a memorable dining experience.

Requirements

• Previous hospitality or food service experience.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume, high-quality environment.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and interested in taking on additional roles and responsibilities.
• Dedication to hospitality excellence and providing a great dining experience.
• Ability to cross-train and use skills across different roles.
• Safety- and detail-oriented.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds unassisted, bend, walk, climb stairs, and stand for scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Follow standards to prepare and serve menu offerings for designated stations.
• Carry pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stoves, and refrigerators in accordance with established safety standards.
• Serve food and other goods according to guest specifications.
• Store food in designated areas using standard wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures.
• Maintain temperature logs and production records efficiently.
• Keep supplies replenished, restock coolers as needed, and take inventory as directed.
• Set up and break down stations; clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and dishes for the designated workstation.
• Follow all state and local food production, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Focus on customer satisfaction by providing excellent service to guests, clients, and team members.
• Listen well and communicate in a professional and friendly manner.
• Work efficiently and stay organized.
• Operate a POS to complete orders and package to-go items, as needed.
• Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities as needed.
