About The Position

Line Cooks are members of Chili's Heart of House team and help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. They prepare food according to company recipes, keep the kitchen clean and safe, communicate ticket times to teammates, and keep orders moving continuously from the kitchen. The role calls for a friendly, caring demeanor and the ability to act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
