Requirements

Experience with overall payment processing systems and loan or trade finance related operations
Experience with cash management products and accounting principles
Statement processing, payment systems and related operations
Cash Management products and tools
Customer interactions and issues resolution
MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint, business Objects
Communicates effectively

Responsibilities

Produces and distributes customer statements and bills
Provides statement imaging, file transmission, endorsement and encoding, and clearing services
Produces client and audit exposure statement requests
Manages offshore resources who contribute to statement processing
Responds to customer requests for monthly account and annual tax statements
Verifies balance confirmations
Addresses scheduled and ad hoc requests from clients
Creates and maintains customer documentation
Conducts timely and effective communications with customers
Creates and maintains reports and procedures
Streamlines and implements process improvements where possible
Identifies, resolves and escalates balance confirmation and reporting issues
Utilizes data to minimize instances of future discrepancies
