About The Position

CLGT Solutions, LLC dba CLOVEHITCH is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned small mission-focused business that provides professional solutions in the areas of intelligence, financial management, linguistics and administrative functions. CLOVEHITCH is seeking Case Processing Analysts to provide high-volume review and processing of labor certification applications, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable regulations. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Requirements

• 2-5 years experience in data processing, case review, or administrative support
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume workloads
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
• Due to federal contract requirements, this position is restricted to U.S. citizens with eligibility for a suitability clearance
• Clean background check

Nice To Haves

• Experience with immigration or labor certification programs
• Familiarity with electronic case systems and document management

Responsibilities

• Review applications and supporting documentation for completeness and compliance
• Conduct employer verification and data validation checks
• Perform preliminary adjudication support and case analysis
• Enter and manage data in case management systems (e.g., FLAG)
• Draft correspondence and case documentation
• Process audits, supervised recruitment, and appeals documentation
• Maintain case files and records throughout lifecycle
• Meet daily production and quality targets
