About The Position

Acts and performs duties of Processing Analyst for Fairlease. The Processing Analyst handles all back-end items of lease accounts. This position also answers member phone calls concerning their lease account and acts as back up to lease assistants. The candidate must have strong customer service skills. The right candidate must be familiar with a variety of the auto industries concepts, practices, and procedures. They will also help in other areas within the department as necessary.

Requirements

  • Must have strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Must feel comfortable relating to individuals on every level including senior executive level.
  • Highly skilled with Microsoft Office, Excel and common database applications.
  • Must be organized, a self-started, and have a keen attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of the automobile industry
  • Good Decision-making abilities
  • High school graduate, G.E.D., or equivalent required.
  • One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Using primarily just the fingers to make small movements such as typing, picking up small objects, or pinching fingers together.
  • Using fingers and palm on an object.
  • Especially where one must frequently convey detailed or important instructions or ideas accurately, loudly, or quickly.
  • Movements frequently and regularly required using the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
  • Able to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information.
  • Average, ordinary, visual acuity necessary to prepare or inspect documents or products or operate machinery.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee will frequently talk, hear, sit, drive, use hands to handle or feel, and reach with hands or arms.
  • The employee will occasionally, stand and walk, climb or balance, and stoup, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with reviewing and Analyzing new lease packages for accuracy in accordance with company policy.
  • Works closely with lease assistance to ensure all documents are correct.
  • Create New Lease Accounts which includes accurately and efficiently loading vehicle and member information into our lease system.
  • Issues requests to Accounting to ensure our Dealers are paid accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Answers member telephone calls and handles lessee questions regarding account maintenance.
  • Forwards necessary requests to CUTX that need to be processed thru member account.
  • Process Member requests regarding lease accounts, which may include due date changes, address changes, direct pay set up or change.
  • Open New Member Accounts regarding new leases according to company policy and procedure.
  • Process and distribute incoming miscellaneous mail regarding lease accounts.
  • Work and reassign traffic violations that are received for lease accounts.
  • Work out of state move requests by mailing POA/title and any other state specific documents required.
  • Update address in ALS and adjust payment appropriately.
  • Scan lease files and miscellaneous documents to our system.
  • Review drafts for accuracy and payment regarding newly titled lease vehicles.
