About The Position

Windsor Lane Healthcare of Gibsonburg is an 89-bed skilled nursing facility in Gibsonburg, Ohio, specializing in care for bariatric and geriatric patients. The facility is hiring State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to provide personalized, compassionate support that promotes residents’ comfort, safety, well-being, and dignity. Full-time and part-time positions are available for afternoon or midnight shifts, with 8-hour and 12-hour shift options.

Requirements

High school graduate or GED equivalent.
Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program.

Responsibilities

Participate in and receive resident reports at the beginning and end of shifts.
Provide personal and nursing care in accordance with each resident’s care plan.
Facilitate and conduct activities.
Monitor and respond to resident requests and needs in a dignified and respectful manner.
Maintain a clean and pleasant environment for residents.
Assist residents in preparing for activities within and outside the center.
Perform basic nursing care procedures as required.
Create a clean, comfortable, and safe environment and ensure residents’ needs are met.
Ensure residents’ food service needs are met in a timely and compassionate manner.
Maintain resident documentation for activities of daily living, restorative programs, and resident-specific forms.
Follow departmental, center, and corporate policies and procedures, objectives, quality improvement programs, and safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
Attend scheduled training, educational classes, and orientation programs to maintain certification and enhance quality of care.
Perform other related activities as assigned or requested.
