About The Position

This is a temporary position within the Office of State Human Resources, Division of Temporary Solutions. The agency's mission is to provide a solid Human Resource management foundation, responsible oversight, and creative solutions through a collaborative approach with all stakeholders to maximize the potential of our greatest asset – OUR EMPLOYEES. The payroll division within BEST Shared Services includes three teams: Operations, Accounting, and Reconciliation. This temporary position is located at 3514 Bush Street, Raleigh, NC 27609 - Wake County.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, computer science, or any related field from an appropriately accredited institution and one year of experience in business or HR/Payroll consultation, process improvement or requirement gathering in an information technology, payroll, or HRIS environment; Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Maintaining related accounting records per standard procedures, policies, and retention schedules
